We at WFP are not only interested in treating your illness, but we want to prevent diseases and keep you healthy. “you have to find it before it finds you” We provide diagnostic services and health maintenance evaluations, including all types of physical exams. We provide Annual Wellness Exams that are mandated by Medicare as an annual exam to be performed by only a Medical Doctor…MD. We care for and treat individuals and families of all ages; from newborns to seniors. We can counsel you in end-of-life planning, including Hospice care. A significant focus of practice is the MAT program. This is a program of the treatment of opiate addiction, using a medication, that benefited in a 17% reduction in fentanyl deaths last year. We provide Telemedicine services that is an effective and convenient way for the treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions without the burden of coming to the doctor’s office.
